If you were in Kris Boyd, Or Derek Riordan's shoes Would you Stay and fight for your place?

Or would you move to secure first team football?

Tell Riordan to give it another season if Strachan goes. While I think Strachan is alright, not the great manager we deserve but not as terrible as he is made out to be, I don%26#039;t understand why Riordan can%26#039;t get a game. He%26#039;s banging them in for the reserves, he%26#039;s a great free-kick taker and I think he would be great with Samaras.
Reply:Kris Boyd - Yes

Derek Riordan - No
Reply:Boyd deffo

Riordan naw
Reply:Boyd. He is getting the occasional run out. His position might change when wattie gets more talented players during the close season, so there is a chink of light for him.

Riordan. If i was him I would be asking my agent about getting away. Strachan doesn%26#039;t seem to rate him.
Reply:The two players mentioned are in a horrible spot.

To leave (especially Riordan) would mean a step %26#039;down%26#039;, maybe Championship, low Premiership if lucky or back to the Hibs(and take a monster pay cut)

Boyd must be well pissed off with his limited chances at a run in the team what with his record, if I was Boyd, I would want a move but you have to take into account his friends, family etc cause there is certainly no team in Scotland that can (or will) sign him so would mean moving to another country but again, what level? Doubtful if he would interest %26#039;top%26#039; level teams down south so big chance he would end up like Kenny Miller fighting relegation and having little/no decent service up front blah blah, will stop now
